Responsibilities of Sales Team Lead:

• Help enhance and accomplish store sales and objectives by tracking sales advancement and outcomes compared to essential benchmarks.
• Cultivate a customer-focused attitude and a welcoming retail atmosphere, demonstrating authentic engagement with shoppers.
• Offer assistance in giving straightforward evaluations, coaching, and overseeing the employees.
• Consistently engage with customers in the retail space, delivering excellent customer support.
• Give practical guidance to store employees and comply with regulations and protocols that are in line with corporate guidelines.

Qualification of Sales Team Lead:

• Experience in a relevant retail setting is desirable but not mandatory
• Proven communication skills
• Availability to adjust working hours as necessary for the company, including weekends, nights, and festive periods
• Team leadership abilities in the shop and the capacity to adapt in a high-speed setting. Leaders within the store must possess skills for leading a team and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• A Sales Associate Onboarding & Developing plan must also be in place.
