Responsibilities of Assistant Branch Manager:

• Your role entails collaborating with the Assistant Branch Manager to manage the Stationstore operations.
• Responsibilities include recruiting, supervising, and collaborating with staff to accomplish daily tasks, managing financial records, and setting up product presentations.
• Your primary focus is to uphold our rigorous standards and deliver timely and welcoming service to our patrons.
• Sustain a dependable and anticipated schedule for being on-site.
• You will be expected to meet the high standards established by our food program.
• Your focus on customer service sets a benchmark for your staff to emulate.
• Your behavior showcases a balance of urgency, patience, and leadership characteristics.

Qualification of Assistant Branch Manager:

• Retail experience
• Background in managing staff members or leading teams effectively
• Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills
• Experience handling food
• High School/College Degree(s)

Physical Requirements of Assistant Branch Manager:

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands. This handwork requires eye-hand coordination, and may require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
