Job Summary of Assistant Kitchen Manager:
We are searching for competent and positive team members to join us. Assistant Kitchen Manager will assist the Store Manager in running the restaurant's operations on a daily basis as per the brand and franchise protocols, engaging with customers and team members, and overseeing the restaurant when the Store Manager is not present.

Responsibilities of Assistant Kitchen Manager:
- Provide support to ensure the manager's operational tasks are efficiently executed
- Striving for complete guest contentment is of utmost importance
- Ensure strict adherence to franchise and brand standards by following all policies and procedures diligently, which encompass aspects such as maintaining food safety standards, upholding cleanliness requirements, executing product promotions, and managing cash handling procedures as prescribed
- Lead and instruct a devoted staff as instructed by managers; deliver assessments to both the crew and higher-ups
- Assign crew members to specific roles during the shift and facilitate clear communication regarding their respective tasks
- Contribute to the team effort by participating in food production, attending to guests, and maintaining the cleanliness and operational flow of the store
- Assume control of the restaurant's management in the absence of the Store Manager
Requirements of Assistant Kitchen Manager:
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Must have a valid drivers license
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must complete a satisfactory background check
- 1-3 years Fast-Casual, Restaurant Management experience or equivalent; Dunkin' Experience (preferred)
- Desire to be a team member within a growing organization
- A positive attitude; elevated level of integrity; strong work ethic; ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal skills to provide the highest level of customer service
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; Work in repetative motions
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
