- Sustains an appropriate and orderly attitude in the specified location at the store's entrance
- Serve as a conspicuous deterrent to ward off possible loss or dishonest behavior
- Take the time to go through the Store Emergency Response Guide attentively to comprehend its guidance
- Comply with the Company's regulations by dressing in the full authorized uniform while also having a Body Worn Camera securely attached
- Extend a respectful greeting to clients, demonstrate politeness and deference
- Secure and uphold a position at the forefront of the store or in a specific section
- To address customer requests for help, rely on the Company radio to direct customers to store management or customer service for the necessary assistance
- Be vigilant and report any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management as soon as possible
- Conduct a final security check in coordination with a member of the management team
- Adhere to the policies and procedures that have been put in place by the organization
- Outline required occurrences for AIIM Case Management documentation
- Completes tasks as directed by superiors.
Qualification of General Service and Protection Agent:
- Adequate verbal and written communication abilities
