Job Summary of Retail Assistant Manager:
The Retail Assistant Manager, along with the Store Manager, is responsible for overseeing the development and leadership of the store team to achieve T-Mobile's objectives of building customer loyalty and fostering the success of Mobile Experts.
Responsibilities of Retail Assistant Manager:
- It is the responsibility of the Customer position to ensure that each Mobile Expert is well-versed in T-Mobile's Manifesto and embraces the core value of prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- It is essential to meet all customer needs upon entering the store and to help employees enhance customer confidence through ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience, as well as addressing the entire concern comprehensively.
- Thorough documentation of Mobile Experts' interactions with customers, along with reviews, to support progress, instruction, and guidance discussions.
- Manage customer waiting periods effectively through continuous awareness of offerings and promotions.
- Owner: Demonstrating leadership by keeping abreast of the newest products, services, training, and best practices in leadership to continue being a valuable expert for the team. Engaging directly with Mobile Experts to ensure they achieve or exceed the established monthly success metrics by completing their designated training in a timely manner.
- Aid in maintaining the excellence of the store setting and comply with the national plan-o-gram criteria. Utilize visual exhibits and interactive gadgets appropriately to enhance the customer experience. Ensure that visual exhibits and gadgets are regularly refreshed.
- Guaranteeing that the team is well-informed about corporate and store communications is crucial. It is important to keep all employees updated on internal and external communication.
Qualification of Retail Assistant Manager:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred Preferred
