Responsibilities of Bakery Worker:
- Make bagels, croissants, muffins, and other items by following the appropriate recipes and procedures as required.
- Apply fillings, icing, and toppings in accordance with Dunkin' Brand requirements.
- Tasked with fulfilling the required number for every type.
- Ensure the donut case is set up to meet the Brand's specifications.
- Make sure to brew all types of coffee, hot and cold, before the restaurant's operating hours.
- Keep all equipment in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
- Abide by the policies outlined by the restaurant, its parent brand, and the various franchise holders.
Qualification of Bakery Worker:
- No education requirement
- Must have basic computer skills; some of the training is conducted online.
- Previous baking experience preferred but, not necessary (We'll train you!)
- Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills based on analysis, experience and judgement.
