Central to the role is the delivery of exceptional customer satisfaction by actively engaging with customers, embodying customer experience philosophies, and maintaining a well-kept store environment.

• Experts have devised successful customer relationship strategies for both internal and external customers
• Establishes and embodies a conducive store environment through commitment to truthfulness, ethical standards, and consideration
• Enacts proper operational protocols to ensure accurate processing of customer transactions, including ringing up purchases correctly, managing returns, and returning change to customers with precision
• Upholds the benefits of credit and loyalty initiatives
• Closely follows the merchandising guidelines and upholds the core principles of showcasing products
• Correctly processes and readies goods for retail display by following prescribed procedures and criteria
• Participates in and assists with store rehabilitation as needed during the day

• Gives and receives validation and helpful input
• Complies with all regulations and guidelines concerning labor laws, policies, and protocols
• Supports and actively takes part in efforts to minimize loss within the store
