Responsibilities of Floor Coordinator:

• Support in driving store sales to their fullest potential, attaining store sales milestones, and overseeing sales advancement & outcomes in relation to primary goals.
• Foster a culture that emphasizes the importance of customer-centric values and authentic selling practices.
• Offer feedback, coaching, and supervision to associates to improve in-store operations.
• Aid in leading and motivating a team to excel in generating sales.
• Ensure that the store team is actively interacting with each customer to establish a genuine brand experience and support visual merchandising standards in the store.
• Abide by the policies, processes, benchmarks, and methodologies that are in line with the directives of the corporation.
• Encourage the creation of outstanding consumer experiences through personal leadership and guidance.

Qualification of Floor Coordinator:

• The aptitude to mentor and inspire a team to excel in sales and profitability, fulfilling business aims through the success propelled by the store team
• Adapting to a variable work timetable to support the operational requirements of the business, including availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays
• While having worked in retail for over a year is preferred, it is not a compulsory requirement
• Verified aptitude in expressive communication, encompassing writing and speaking
• Having a forward-thinking approach and being versatile in a high-speed environment are crucial skills
• Although holding formal education and undergraduate/graduate degrees can be advantageous, what matters most to us is your comprehensive professional experience and achievements
