Responsibilities of Retail Team Lead:

• Clearly communicating expectations and overseeing compliance with brand, performance, and behavioral standards among the store team and oneself.
• Carries out and supervises fundamental operational tasks such as starting and completing duties, along with managing merchandise circulation.
• Supervising employees participating in sales activities, inventory reception, cash reconciliation, and customer service provision. Using weekly schedules to guarantee appropriate floor coverage in line with financial boundaries. Maintaining awareness of current sales and promotional initiatives; presenting and positioning merchandise following prevailing promotions and standards.
• Adheres to guidelines for product management, display, loss prevention, and any other responsibilities as instructed by Management.
• Nurtures a performance-driven culture to motivate the sales team in achieving assigned sales and productivity goals, including personal sales targets.
• To ensure that the sales team is well-informed about all product details, it is crucial to provide them with thorough training and coaching, whether they are selling online or in a physical store.
• Assists in the process of finding fulfillment and making sales through training and coaching services.
• Promotes and boosts the morale of the store team, instilling a sense of purpose and embodying foundational ethics.
• Promotes problem-solving through collaboration and inclusiveness.
• Communicates with store personnel and management to spearhead positive transformations.
• Eagerly pursues personal growth opportunities and readily seeks feedback to cultivate leadership skills.
• Illustrates, educates, and champions the Supreme Personal Support Scheme (SPSS) principles, ensuring an integrated multi-platform service.
• Utilizing a range of methods and product understanding, sales expectations can be modeled by suggesting merchandise selections, assisting in locating or obtaining products, and communicating product knowledge to customers based on their desires and needs.
• Utilizes clienteling and wardrobe consultation to build and sustain a dedicated customer network.
• Guarantees prompt handling of customer problems.
• Remains knowledgeable about the most recent policies governing transactions, coupon policies, return processes, and security protocols to facilitate a quick and efficient checkout experience.
• Facilitates consistent client interaction by utilizing the customer book, actively engaging in rewards programs, and promoting customer enrollment.
• Assists, carries out, and furnishes continued support for all training initiatives, seminars, and related functions.
• Contributes to the progress of store associates; interprets reports on Key Performance Indicators and delivers coaching as appropriate; provides input to Store Manager for assessing associate performance.
• Fosters employee and team engagement by acknowledging and compensating staff for their outstanding contributions.
• Enforcing compliance with all employment practices and policies among the Store Team.

Qualification of Retail Team Lead:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate with customers
• Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives. Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required

Physical Requirements of Retail Team Lead:

• A significant portion, anywhere from 67% to 100%, of a typical 8-hour workday is spent engaged in continuous walking or standing
• There is a likelihood of lifting up to 50 lbs. on an irregular basis, which amounts to 1-33% of an 8-hour shift
• Climbing duties make up a substantial portion, varying between 34% to 66% of the shift duration
