Responsibilities of Stockroom Associate:

• Welcoming customers, operating the register, processing transactions, suggesting purchases, and potentially participating in the food program are all within your scope of responsibilities.
• Your responsibilities will include actively participating in upholding the store's high appearance standards in various sections, both inside and outside, to provide swift and welcoming customer service.
• Uphold a standard of reliable and anticipated attendance at the worksite.
• You will engage with numerous clients on a daily basis, while collaborating with a lively and enthusiastic group to complete daily responsibilities within the store

Qualification of Stockroom Associate:

• Retail and customer service involvement entails a track record of managing customer interactions and facilitating positive experiences
• Previous employment involving sales responsibilities and cash handling
• Attainment of a high school diploma or its equivalent is a common educational requirement
• Maintain the enthusiasm to excel in your occupational path!

Physical Requirements of Stockroom Associate:

• Capacity to stand and/or walk for a span of 8 hours without cessation
• The ability to hoist or transport objects up to 30 pounds overhead for a period of up to 30 minutes per shift is a requirement
• At intervals, heave and relocate items that weigh up to 60 pounds, carrying them to waist height
• Generate a 20-pound force by pushing or pulling while your arms are raised
• Conduct waist bends inclusive of twists for no more than one hour per shift
• Engaging in manual tasks entails the manipulation and handling of objects using the hands. Successful execution requires coordination between the hands and eyes, and could involve climbing a ladder to store, fetch, or install materials and signs
