Job Description of Night Team Leader:

One of the main duties of the Night Team Leader is to guarantee that customers receive top-notch service and access to the freshest products by supervising overnight operations in the grocery department. This involves various activities like ordering supplies, managing inventory levels, restocking shelves, making strategic decisions, engaging and developing employees, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Furthermore,Night Team Leader are accountable for upholding all legal regulations, company policies, labor laws, safety protocols, asset safeguarding measures, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities of Night Team Leader:

• Manage and direct the overnight team to ensure the efficient and accurate completion of nightly duties.
• Provide education, leadership, and aid to staff working overnight hours
• Maintain compliance with company regulations by correctly storing, rotating, and exhibiting products.
