About Roaring Fork Restaurant Group:

Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is a locally owned and operated restaurant group celebrating 27 years of business as a QDOBA Mexican Eats franchisee in WI, IL, and IA. We are based in Milwaukee and currently operate 62 (and counting) QDOBA locations within the territory, making us one of the largest QDOBA franchisees nationally. In September of 2021, MR Chicken LLC was formed, ushering in a new chapter of growth and bringing the Dave's Hot Chicken brand to Wisconsin. With 17 Dave's Hot Chicken locations committed, 10 currently open, and plans for at least 7 more in the next 3 years. Responsibilities of Food Line Associate:

• Implement guest order requests with attention to detail and ensure the accuracy of each order
• Ensure the service area, culinary equipment, and dining region are frequently cleaned and assist in the general upkeep of the establishment
• restaurant cleanliness
• Craft, formulate, and retain cuisine according to particular guidelines by following approved recipes and ensuring proper portioning
• Food prep diaries and gadgets
• Offer superb customer assistance throughout the entirety of your shift
• Ensure the accurate ordering of rings through the point-of-sale software
