Qualification of Retail Operations Coordinator:

• A flexible schedule must accommodate evenings and weekends.
• The position necessitates having and consistently showing the relevant competencies.
• Proficient at operating personal computers, POS systems, and a diverse range of software programs that include MS Office.
• Proficient in learning and adapting efficiently in a high-tempo atmosphere.
• Capable of effectively guiding conversations within groups of different sizes, displaying strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Adept at independent and confidential work, delivering results effectively in high-pressure scenarios.
• Displays an inspirational temperament that contributes to a team's positivity.
• The proficiency to create and sustain fruitful working relationships with team members while also being inclined to set and maintain exemplary levels of performance.
• Enhanced ability in verbal communication, reading, understanding, and written expression in English

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

• The position requires regular handling and moving of items weighing up to 25 pounds and occasional handling and moving of items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• This position requires distinct visual capabilities such as close vision, distance vision, color detection, peripheral vision, and the ability to refocus as needed.
• Only individuals who are 18 years old or older are allowed to participate.
• The achievement of a high school diploma or GED validates the successful fulfillment of secondary education obligations
• A year of experience in a retail environment is a prerequisite for this role.
• Adept at sales strategies and possessing a holistic understanding of products, retail landscapes, and industry nuances.
