Executes the necessary daily duties for Store Loss Prevention and safety protocols. Cultivates favorable connections with Store Management. Carries out apprehensions following prescribed policies and standards. Engages in discussions with store Associates regarding damage and shrink projects. Detects and resolves cases of both internal and external theft.
- Follows the prescribed regulations and protocols for handling incidents of theft in stores
- Delivers prompt, polite, and informed assistance to clients
- Encourages a environment centered on truthfulness and ethical behavior; upholds secrecy
- Monitors, understands, and prevents any instances of deceit from external origins
- Engages in inquiries and monitoring activities as required
