Job Summary of Retail Banker:

In the role of a Retail Banker at Banner Bank, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, accurately processing transactions, and actively promoting the bank's products and services through both face-to-face interactions and telephone conversations. By assisting clients in achieving their financial goals through proactive referrals and sales, you contribute to a positive customer experience. Maintaining a strong sense of personal reliability and punctuality, and collaborating effectively within a team, are key components of success in this position.

Qualification of Retail Banker:

• Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Preference will be given to those who have previously worked as tellers
• Proficient in managing tasks orderly; possessing fundamental skills in mathematics, negotiation, and critical thinking
• Competency in effective verbal and written exchanges; correct telephone and email behavior
• Displays a talent for cultivating relationships and engaging in interpersonal communication; provides outstanding customer service with skill
• Increased experience might facilitate the transition to a higher-level position in the same job.
