Responsibilities of Baking Assistant:
- Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures, including but not limited to, bagels, croissants, muffins.
- Fill, frost and apply toppings per Dunkin' Brand specifications.
- Responsible for finishing the required quantity of each variety.
- Set up donut case to Brand standards.
- Brew all iced and hot coffee prior to restaurant opening.
- Ensure all equipment is clean and sanitary.
- Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.
Qualification of Baking Assistant:
- No education requirement
- Essential computer competencies are necessary, and certain sessions are held over the internet.
- Past experience in baking is desired but not essential (We are willing to provide training!)
- Those capable of using restaurant equipment may be subject to age limitations
- Exceptional aptitude for resolving issues and making decisions through a combination of analysis, expertise, and critical thinking.
