Responsibilities of Store Crew Member:

• Welcoming customers, operating the register, processing transactions, suggesting purchases, and potentially participating in the food program are all within your scope of responsibilities.
• In this position, you will engage in a range of tasks across the store's interior and exterior to support the maintenance of our elevated store appearance standards and deliver speedy and pleasant service to customers.
• Secure a reliable and predicted attendance record at the workplace.
• Be prepared to engage with customers throughout the day, as you work with a lively team to effectively complete daily tasks around the store

Qualification of Store Crew Member:

• Securing a high school diploma or a similar qualification is a typical educational benchmark for individuals

Physical Requirements of Store Crew Member:

• Competent in standing and/or walking continuously for up to 8 hours
• The ability to hoist or transport objects up to 30 pounds overhead for a period of up to 30 minutes per shift is a requirement
• From time to time, bear and shift loads of up to 60 pounds, raising them to the waist
• Utilize your arm strength to push or pull with a force limit of 20 pounds
• Carry out bending motions at the waist with occasional twisting for up to one hour per shift
• The task entails manipulating, reaching, and controlling objects using the hands. It necessitates precise coordination between the hands and eyes and may involve ascending a ladder to store, retrieve, or position materials and signs
