Responsibilities for Operations Director:

• Monitor the operational aspects of the restaurant on a daily basis, covering tasks such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and compliance with brand expectations.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by cultivating a welcoming environment that prioritizes guest needs.
• Exhibit professionalism, a diligent work ethic, and a resolute dedication to the ethos of the company to lead through example.
• Acquire, contract, instruct, and oversee employees, comprising Shift Leaders, Supervisors, and Crew Members.
• Nurture a beneficial work climate by fostering teamwork, mentorship, positive criticism, and managing conflicts efficiently.
• Roll out development programs to improve team efficiency and advancement.
• Follow health and safety regulations, food handling procedures, and sanitation protocols to ensure adherence.
• Examine customer input to devise action steps that will raise levels of satisfaction and improve the overall quality of service delivery.
• Formulate and put into action operational approaches designed to enhance efficiency, cut down on waste, and boost productivity.
• Monitor and control expenditures on food and labor, manage stock levels, and decrease wastage to optimize earnings.
• Interact with the community to form connections and identify opportunities for collaboration.
• Stay informed about the current industry trends, competitor maneuvers, and customer preferences to recognize potential areas for business growth. Communicate the main goals, objectives, and operational performance of the restaurant
• Effectively conveying metrics to the team members.
• Spearhead the introduction of novel products, which includes training staff, executing marketing plans, and distributing product samples to potential customers.
• Ensure stock adequacy by completing DCP and supplier requests promptly.
• Achieve the set financial goals and meet the budgetary targets effectively.
• Partner with Dunkin' and Inspire Brands Field Operations teams for any required collaboration.
• Execute all obligations of restaurant crew members when called upon.

Requirements for Operations Director:

• A background of more than two years as a General Manager in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is mandatory
• Necessary possession of a valid driver's license and trustworthy mode of travel.
• Proficient in rudimentary computer knowledge, mathematics, and financial control.
• Adept at using English fluently in conversations and written forms.
• Showing sharp analytical abilities and a strong understanding of the business world.
• Adopting a group-focused approach in a rapid-paced environment. Being punctual, truthful, and maintaining a positive mindset.
• Willing to learn and adjust to different situations with ease.
• Proficiency in coaching, fostering growth, and giving valuable advice.
• Skilled in putting guests first and excelling in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Efficiently managing time and motivating others are pivotal aspects of leadership effectiveness. Candidates with a college background are preferred for this role.
