Job Description of Administrative Services Coordinator:

Supports the execution of Administrative Services Coordinator tasks within the store as directed by store management. Ensures optimal customer satisfaction through proactive engagement with all visitors, alongside maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store. Pioneers exceptional customer service standards.
- Develops a conducive environment that nurtures positive interactions and experiences for customers within and outside the organization
- Cultivates a culture of truthfulness and ethical conduct while preserving privacy
- Takes charge of the recruitment procedure by organizing interviews, conducting reference verifications for new team members
- Maintains files for Associate staff members
- Undertakes daily cash office duties while maintaining the prescribed standards of the cash office
- Aids the Assistant Store Manager in coordinating schedules, monitoring expenses, managing supply inventory, and fulfilling requisitions
- Ensures there is ample coverage of Associates in service zones to support a pleasant customer experience
- Responds to and supports coverage necessities across different departments in the store
- Ensures that the store team adheres to the store plan while making necessary adjustments to task priorities
- Demonstrates clear and effective communication with both supervisors and team members in regards to setting and managing priorities, as well as sharing updates on progress
- Offers and accepts recognition and constructive suggestions
- Teams up with management to assess and fulfill training needs of associates to boost productivity
- Ensures that all rules and regulations regarding labor are adhered to consistently
- Participates in preserving the organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards of the sales floor and is involved in maintaining the store's overall cleanliness
- Endorses the utilization of credit and loyalty services
- Contributes to reaching store shrinkage reduction targets through active participation
- Promotes the importance of safety mindfulness and the continual upkeep of a secure space
Qualification of Administrative Services Coordinator:
- Willing and able to work flexible hours, which may include weekends and nights
- Excellent communication and organizational capabilities highlighted through a meticulous approach to detail-oriented tasks
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Competent in adjusting promptly to changes in orientation or unforeseen scenarios
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Competent in teaching and developing others
- A year's worth of retail experience, with six months specifically dedicated to leadership responsibilities
