Job Summary of Cake Decorating Associate:

As a Dunkin' Donuts franchisee, we are seeking full and part time Cake Decorating Associate to join our team of cake artists. Hours are flexible and can be completely independent!

Responsibilities of Cake Decorating Associate:

• Handling cake orders received through various channels such as the internet, phone calls, and direct customer interactions
• Effective management of cake and icing stock is crucial for successful bakery operations
• Supervising the cake decorating station entails responsibilities like preparing icing, restocking decopacs, and ensuring sanitation guidelines are met
• Following design guidelines for cake decoration
• Upholding a favorable and welcoming connection with guests, coworkers, and supervisors
• Adhering to quality and merchandising standards when setting up and organizing product showcases
• Opportunities for exploring various roles in alternative sections of a restaurant

Requirements of Cake Decorating Associate:

• 1+ year of experience as a cake decorator.
• Great written and oral communications skills.
• Detail oriented and organized
