Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is a locally owned and operated restaurant group celebrating 27 years of business as a QDOBA Mexican Eats franchisee in WI, IL, and IA. We are based in Milwaukee and currently operate 62 (and counting) QDOBA locations within the territory, making us one of the largest QDOBA franchisees nationally. In September of 2021, MR Chicken LLC was formed, ushering in a new chapter of growth and bringing the Dave's Hot Chicken brand to Wisconsin. Responsibilities of Culinary Assistant:

• Adhere to instructions to prepare food with authorized methods, precise measurements, and suitable cooking implements
• Ensure the food quality through evaluations of both visual appearance and taste
• Ensure the front-of-house is stocked with the appropriate products during peak hours or as per the required time and temperature specifications
• Abide by the standards set for food safety and communicate any doubts about food deliveries or operations
• Handle food requests and perform upkeep tasks such as arranging, cleaning, and rotating goods within the walk-in cooler space
• Aid in handling inventory control processes effectively
