Roaring Fork Restaurant Group, a locally owned and operated restaurant group, has been operating for 27 years as a QDOBA Mexican Eats franchisee in WI, IL, and IA. Headquartered in Milwaukee, the group currently oversees 62 QDOBA locations within its territory, making it one of the largest franchisees of QDOBA nationally. A new chapter of growth began in September 2021 with the establishment of MR Chicken LLC, introducing the Dave's Hot Chicken brand to Wisconsin. With 17 planned Dave's Hot Chicken locations, 10 already open, and projections for at least 7 more in the next three years, the group is dedicated to providing fresh flavors in aesthetically pleasing settings with unique decor. The group was honored as the Franchisee of the Year for QDOBA in 2023.

Responsibilities of Line Attendant:

• Create guest orders as requested and ensure the accuracy of each order
• Frequently clean the service line, restaurant equipment, and dining area and assist in maintaining overall
• restaurant cleanliness
• Prepare, create and maintain food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portions
• and food prep logs/tools
• Provide fantastic customer service throughout the entire working shift
• Ring order accurately by using the point-of-sale system
