You maximize store profitability by controlling expenses, protecting company assets, and by ensuring that store standards and processes for merchandising, operations, and community participation are well executed. Responsibilities of Store Head:

• You will be responsible for steering the team towards achieving and exceeding store sales goals while evaluating sales progress and results in comparison to essential targets.
• Create and nurture a customer-oriented mindset among the store personnel, leading by example with genuine customer interactions to set the standard for the team.
• Aim to entice, onboard, and employ top-notch, diverse personnel, while also sustaining a sound plan for managing future leadership changes within your business.
• Administer direct coaching, guidance, education, and monitoring of the team.
• Display concise communication, training and advising the team, specifying expectations for customer interactions, store policies and protocols, and recruitment and constructing a competent team.
• Oversee spending to maximize sales and enhance profitability, create an environment of productivity by ensuring that the team is adequately trained and skilled to achieve store goals for sales and customer engagement.

Quaification of Store Head:

• Career background demonstrating three to five years in professional or retail management positions
• Flexibility in working hours to meet the dynamic necessities of the organization, which may involve weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Attaining business milestones by mobilizing store staff to achieve desired results
• Competence in coaching and motivating a team for optimal performance in sales and profit enhancement
• Proven communication skills
• Having the skill to approach issues constructively and be versatile in a fast-paced context
• While formal education and completing undergraduate or graduate degrees are beneficial, we are particularly interested in your overall experience and accomplishments in the professional realm.
