The Shift Lead Associate assumes the role of guiding Crew Members during their shifts to ensure they adhere to the established Brand guidelines and offer customers a positive and welcoming experience. They establish objectives, assign tasks, and inspire team members while acknowledging achievements and offering prompt evaluations.
