Responsibilities of Customer Advisor:

• Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers, managing transactions at the register, suggesting items for purchase, and potentially collaborating on our food program.
• Your role will involve actively contributing to maintaining the high standards of store presentation both indoors and outdoors, ensuring efficient and friendly service is provided to customers.
• Guarantee a steady and foreseeable appearance at the designated location.
• On a daily basis, you will engage with diverse customers while working together with a dynamic team to successfully fulfill daily assignments in the store

Physical Requirements of Customer Advisor:

• Possess the capacity to stay on foot and/or move around for as long as 8 hours at a stretch
• Moving loads of up to 30 pounds from the ground to overhead is a task that may be performed for up to 30 minutes during a single shift
• On occasion, elevate and transport loads weighing up to 60 pounds, moving them to waist level
• Lift your arms and exert a force of 20 pounds through pushing or pulling
• Conduct waist bends inclusive of twists for no more than one hour per shift
• The action of utilizing the hands to manipulate, grasp, and handle items is crucial for this activity. It necessitates coordinating the eyes and hands for accuracy and efficiency, and may include the task of climbing a ladder for storing, retrieving, or positioning materials and signs
