Responsibilities for Managing Director:

• Supervise the daily activities of the restaurant, which involves managing opening and closing routines, handling cash transactions, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with the brand's guidelines.
• Create an exceptional customer experience through cultivating a friendly and customer-centered atmosphere.
• Set a precedent through demonstrating professionalism, a solid dedication to work, and alignment with the organization's core principles.
• Recruit, employ, educate, and oversee staff members, which includes Shift Leaders, Supervisors, and Crew Members.
• Foster a supportive work atmosphere by promoting collaboration, guidance, valuable input, and managing disagreements effectively.
• Introduce training initiatives aimed at enhancing team productivity and growth.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, as well as guidelines for food handling and sanitation protocols.
• Analyze customer comments and develop strategies to enhance guest experience and enhance the quality of services provided.
• Construct and implement operational tactics aimed at increasing effectiveness, diminishing inefficiencies, and elevating output levels.
• Keep a close eye on expenses related to food and staffing, control inventory quantities, and reduce unnecessary waste to enhance financial returns.
• Connect with the nearby community to establish bonds and seek collaborative ventures.
• Keep yourself updated on industry developments, rival actions, and consumer tastes to pinpoint areas for expansion. Relay the key objectives, aspirations, and achievements of the dining establishment
• Delivering metrics efficiently to the team.
• Take charge of introducing new products to the market, which involves organizing staff training, launching marketing campaigns, and distributing product samples.
• Fulfill DCP and supplier requests to maintain appropriate inventory quantities.
• Make sure that the budget objectives are reached and financial goals are attained.
• Work together with Dunkin' and Inspire Brands Field Operations departments as required.
• Fulfill all responsibilities of restaurant staff members as needed.

Requirements for Managing Director:

• At least 24 months of General Manager experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is necessary
• Possession of a legitimate driver's license and dependable means of transport.
• Skilled in fundamental computer operations, mathematics, and financial administration.
• Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
• Demonstrating robust analytical skills and a keen business sense.
• Collaborative attitude within a dynamic setting. Timely, truthful, and optimistic demeanor.
• Open to change and eager to acquire new knowledge.
• Skill in educating, nurturing, and offering helpful critiques.
• Centered on meeting the needs of guests while possessing adept abilities in resolving issues and handling conflicts.
• Having strong time management skills and being able to inspire others are essential qualities for successful leadership. A higher education qualification is desired for this position.

Physical Demands for Managing Director:
