Job Description of Night Shift Coordinator:

The Night Shift Coordinator is tasked with ensuring customers have an exceptional shopping experience and have access to the best quality products by overseeing nightly operations in the grocery section. This includes responsibilities such as placing orders, managing inventory, restocking shelves, making informed decisions, motivating employees, promoting teamwork, and fostering inclusivity in the team. Additionally,Night Shift Coordinator must ensure compliance with all rules and regulations, company policies, labor laws, safety guidelines, asset protection protocols, and food safety practices.

Responsibilities of Night Shift Coordinator:

• Supervise and lead the night crew team to ensure all nightly tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to crew members during the overnight shift
• Ensure all products are properly stored, rotated, and displayed according to company standards.
