Responsibilities include executing sales-related tasks such as managing merchandise, processing inventory, and maintaining order in the stockroom. Responsibilities of Customer Support Associate:

  • Manages merchandise handling by storing items correctly, tagging them, and facilitating easy access for restocking on the sales floor. Rearranges merchandise when required to optimize storage capacity.
  • Guarantees that new products receive appropriate merchandising and timely representation.
  • Precisely inputs all arrival records into the electronic database, cross-checks product invoices with received items when necessary. Promptly and accurately processes transfers between stores and fulfills Locate requests.
  • Ensures that visual presentation materials, props, and signs are promptly received and handled, and correctly organizes storage for items such as hardware, hangers, and sign holders.
  • Engages in adjustments to pricing and markdowns.
  • Notifying store management about cash requirements.
  • Provides help with implementing visual instructions like setting up the floors, changing window displays, arranging visual presentations, positioning signage, and more, as instructed.
  • Aids in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in a boutique setting
  • Demonstrates, upholds, and advocates for the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and benchmarks, ensuring a seamless multichannel interaction
  • Encourages a participatory and cooperative method for addressing issues
  • Actively pursues chances for personal growth and willingly seeks input from others

Qualification of Customer Support Associate:

  • Obtaining a high school diploma or its equivalent is necessary for many entry-level positions
  • Prior experience with handling inventory or operating cash registers is advantageous
  • The minimum age requirement is set at 18 years or above
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional aptitude in handling customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proficient organizational abilities and adept at managing multiple tasks in a dynamic setting
  • Capable of acquiring or adjusting to the technological tools offered by the organization
  • Proficiency in performing tasks while being on feet for the majority of the work hours is required
  • Proficiency in completing tasks swiftly and meeting tight deadlines

Physical Requirements of Customer Support Associate:

  • Constant Walking/Standing- 67-100% of 8-hour shift
