Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is a locally owned and operated restaurant group celebrating 27 years of business as a QDOBA Mexican Eats franchisee in WI, IL, and IA. We are based in Milwaukee and currently operate 62 (and counting) QDOBA locations within the territory, making us one of the largest QDOBA franchisees nationally. In September of 2021, MR Chicken LLC was formed, ushering in a new chapter of growth and bringing the Dave's Hot Chicken brand to Wisconsin. Responsibilities of Kitchen Prep Worker:

• Follow prescribed steps to cook food according to specifications, including using authorized recipes, precise portioning, and suitable culinary equipment
• Use visual and taste testing methods to validate the superior quality of food products
• Refurbish the front line with the prepared items promptly in response to high volumes or based on time and temperature regulations
• Adhere to the rules of food safety and report any concerning food packages or methods
• Process food orders while organizing, sanitizing, and rotating products stored in the walk-in chiller
• Help in regulating and monitoring inventory stock
