Responsibilities of Retail Floor Supervisor:

• Assist in optimizing store revenue, reaching store sales targets, and tracking sales performance against critical objectives.
• Encourage the development of a customer-focused approach and demonstrate authentic engagement with clients to drive sales.
• Offer guidance and supervision to associates while overseeing the in-store environment.
• Assist in guiding and mentoring a team towards surpassing sales targets.
• Make sure the store staff interacts with every customer to establish a genuine brand connection and help maintain visual merchandising guidelines in the store.
• Follow the guidelines, protocols, benchmarks, and methods that are in accordance with the organization's instructions.
• Set a positive example by consistently promoting exceptional customer interactions across all scenarios.

Qualification of Retail Floor Supervisor:

• Ability to coach and motivate a team to excel at sales & profit results, meet business goals by driving results through the store team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays
• 1+ years of experience in retail preferred but not required
• Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solution oriented mindset and ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment
• A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements
