Deputy Store Manager

Job Summary of Deputy Store Manager:

This role supports the Deputy Store Manager by overseeing the restaurant's daily activities and managing the team when the manager is not present. The Deputy Store Manager is responsible for guiding and training Restaurant Team Members and collaborating with the management group to uphold the operational guidelines of the Company and Brand in order to make sure all customers are content.

Responsibilities of Deputy Store Manager:

• Delivers top-notch customer service promptly and with a pleasant demeanor; provides guidance and addresses team members' mistakes
• Conducting follow-up interviews for potential team members and shift supervisors
• Ensures cleanliness in the restaurant by performing cleaning tasks and general housekeeping responsibilities. Delegates shift tasks to team members and follows up to verify their completion
• Leads the team to guarantee that all food items are made and served following the regulations of the Brand, Company, and health department. Guides team members to adhere to food preparation and production management guidelines
• Disseminates pertinent data to team members and offers support in training for new products
• Tasked with distributing promotional materials as needed
• Ensures that product quality, food safety, and operational criteria are upheld
• Supervises and verifies the precision of cash, sales, and inventory management documentation throughout the shift. Finishes necessary paperwork at the end of the shift and day and performs required tallying
• In the RM's absence, the RAM takes charge of handling daily, weekly, and end-of-period documentation, conducting inventory and cash audits, placing truck orders, and fulfilling any other necessary administrative tasks
• Ensures the safety of team members and visitors by adhering to all relevant governmental regulations and safety protocols
• Ensures that all incident reports are finished in adherence to our policy of addressing matters within a 5-minute timeframe
• Collaborates with the RM and assumes responsibility to guarantee achievement of all financial and operational targets, leading to a successful restaurant through profitability

Qualification of Deputy Store Manager:

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
• Valid state Driver's License required
