Job Description of Executive Administrative Coordinator:

Assists store leadership in carrying out various administrative tasks related to store operations. Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through active engagement with all patrons and upholding a tidy and orderly store environment. Sets an example of superior customer care.

  • Enhances the overall customer experience, both internally and externally, to foster a positive interaction for all parties involved
  • Encourages a climate of truthfulness and uprightness while safeguarding privacy
  • Plays a proactive role in the recruitment process by arranging interviews, verifying references, and more
  • Keeps records of Associate staff documents
  • Carries out daily responsibilities related to cash office operations and upholds standards within the cash office
  • Assists the Assistant Store Manager with organizing schedules, keeping track of expenses, managing inventory of supplies, and processing requisitions
  • Ensures there is adequate staff coverage for associates in service locations to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Assists with and addresses coverage requirements across all sections of the store
  • Ensures that the store team carries out tasks and activities in alignment with the store's plan and adjusts priorities when necessary
  • Effectively communicates with both management and team members when establishing and dealing with priorities while giving updates on progress
  • Offers and welcomes acknowledgment and helpful input
  • Collaborates with management to address training requirements for associates in order to enhance their efficiency
  • Guarantees compliance with all regulations, rules, and protocols related to labor laws
  • Ensures that all standards for organization, tidiness, and restoration are upheld on the sales floor and contributes to keeping the entire store clean
  • Encourages the use of credit and loyalty schemes
  • Assists in achieving and engaging with initiatives aimed at minimizing losses in the store
  • Encourages the recognition of safety protocols and upholds a secure atmosphere

Qualification of Executive Administrative Coordinator:

  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Capable of multi-tasking
  • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
  • Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
  • Able to train others
  • 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
