Job Description of Retail Manager:

One of the key duties of a Retail Manager is to manage the daily operations of a retail store to ensure it functions smoothly and generates profit. This includes supervising staff, driving sales results, monitoring inventory levels, providing outstanding customer service, and adhering to company rules and regulations
