Job Description of Customer Safety Representative:

The main focus is on enhancing the shopping experience for customers within the store and fostering a strong partnership with the store staff and loss prevention efforts. Making well-considered decisions is vital for ensuring personal safety, the safety of others, and safeguarding the Company's image. Following and upholding Company policies while embodying its culture and values are fundamental aspects of this position.

• Upholds a suitable and businesslike position in the assigned vicinity at the storefront
• Function as a visual obstacle to discourage potential loss or dishonesty
• Gain a thorough understanding of the Store Emergency Response Guide through reviewing its contents
• Ensure to wear the Company specified uniform in its entirety, along with a Body Worn Camera, as part of your daily attire
• Offer polite greetings to patrons, show courtesy and esteem
• Secure and preserve a strategic spot at the front of the store or in a designated area
• When customers seek help, guide them to the appropriate channels for assistance, such as store management or customer service, using the radio provided by the Company
• Keep an eye out for any dubious actions or important events that should be brought to the attention of LP or store management
• Complete a thorough safety inspection of the store accompanied by a managerial staff member
• Comply with the policies and procedures established by the organization
• Document essential events in AIIM Case Management system
• Carries out any other responsibilities as required.

Qualification of Customer Safety Representative:

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Sound decision making skills
• Ability to take initiative and perform well independently
• Prioritizes/organizes workload and manages time effectively
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• 0-2 years retail or security experience
