Responsibilities of Service Representative:

• Greeting clients, managing the cash register, processing payments, recommending purchases, and potentially participating in the food service aspect are all part of the role.
• Expect an active role that involves performing duties across different sections of the store, inside and outside, to preserve our top-notch store aesthetics and deliver quick and personable customer service.
• Uphold a standard of reliable and anticipated attendance at the worksite.
• Interacting with a variety of customers will be a regular part of your daily routine, as you join forces with a vibrant team to efficiently manage store activities

Qualification of Service Representative:

• The role of a retail and customer service professional revolves around engaging with customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns proficiently
• Previous employment involving sales responsibilities and cash handling
• Obtaining a high school diploma or similar qualification is a standard milestone for many individuals
• Maintain the enthusiasm to excel in your occupational path!

Physical Requirements of Service Representative:

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands. This handwork requires eye-hand coordination, and may require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
