Qualification of Store Inventory Assistant:

• Flexibility in availability is a must, with the expectation to work evenings and weekends.
• Working hours are part-time and are subject to adjustments in accordance with the business requirements.
• A high school diploma or GED is a necessary qualification for this role.
• Previous exposure to the retail sector within three to six months is advantageous.
• Competency in basic arithmetic, reading, and spoken language is imperative.
• Participants must be 16 years old or above.
• In the performance of this job, the employee will frequently be required to engage in verbal conversation. There will be regular demands for the employee to be in a standing position, walk, manipulate objects with their hands, and extend their arms. In some instances, the employee may need to sit, climb, maintain balance, bend, crouch, crawl, kneel, or use a Brannock device.
• The position requires the individual to frequently lift and carry loads of 25 pounds and at times, lift and transport loads of up to 50 pounds.
• The role necessitates specific vision skills like clear vision at varying distances, accurate color recognition, broad peripheral vision, and the capacity to refocus vision as needed.
