Undertakes the daily responsibilities crucial for maintaining Store Loss Prevention and safety plans. Fosters constructive rapport with Store Management. Executes apprehensions within established regulations and principles. Collaborates with store Associates on matters concerning damage and shrink strategies. Detects and rectifies instances of both internal and external theft.

• Abides by the established rules and procedures for dealing with shoplifting occurrences
• Offers timely, respectful, and expert support to patrons
• Advocates for a climate based on sincerity and moral principles; protect private information
• Watches, perceives, and discourages any dishonest behavior coming from external parties
• Takes part in examinations and observation as delegated
• Ensures that apprehensions are in line with the theft trends observed at the store
• Handles the completion and distribution of documents with efficiency and accuracy
• Upholds valid evidence, exhibits grasp of law enforcement protocols, and engages in legal undertakings professionally when necessary (such as responding to police calls)
• Work with Store Management to carry out and finalize activities concerning the reduction of product sizes
• Complies with all statutes, rules, and protocols governing labor
• Backs and takes part in endeavors to decrease store shrinkage objectives and schemes
• Motivates associates to make use of resources aimed at reducing loss within the organization
• Upholds the need for promoting safety consciousness and maintaining a secure surrounding

Qualification of Loss Prevention Agent:

• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
• 0-2 years retail or security experience
