Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is a locally owned and operated restaurant group celebrating 27 years of business as a QDOBA Mexican Eats franchisee in WI, IL, and IA. We are based in Milwaukee and currently operate 62 (and counting) QDOBA locations within the territory, making us one of the largest QDOBA franchisees nationally. In September of 2021, MR Chicken LLC was formed, ushering in a new chapter of growth and bringing the Dave's Hot Chicken brand to Wisconsin. With 17 Dave's Hot Chicken locations committed, 10 currently open, and plans for at least 7 more in the next 3 years. Responsibilities of Line Food Server:

• Carry out the placement of guest orders as instructed, ensuring the correctness of each order
• Maintain cleanliness in the service line, restaurant gear, and dining zone and support in preserving the overall appearance

• Generate, establish, and manage meals based on specifications by utilizing authorized recipes and precise portion control
• Logs and implements for culinary tasks
• Ensure that outstanding customer service is upheld throughout the entirety of your working hours
