Job Description for Team Leader:

The main responsibility of the Team Leader is to ensure that the restaurant functions in accordance with the Dunkin Brands and Company standards. Additionally, they are tasked with boosting revenue by developing a team that offers customers a splendid experience through operational efficiency. The ultimate indicator of their effectiveness is the quality of leaders they produce through their internal training system.

Requirements for Team Leader:

• Food safety, Serve Safe Certification is a plus!
• Understand and analyze what drives profit and loss performance.
• Deliver clear and effective verbal and written communication.
• Know when to coach, support, and take charge as both a Leader and a Manager.
• This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds and also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
