Being a Production Baker at Dunkin Donuts involves the creation of a variety of donuts, breads, pastries, and baked goods; completion of a daily par sheet; production of high-quality baked items following the precise guidelines of Dunkin Donuts; flexibility in adjusting to varying par levels; and compliance with stringent health department standards and company food safety guidelines by maintaining cleanliness and following correct food handling procedures.

Responsibilities for Production Baker:

• Engage in the process of making and baking a varied selection of baked delicacies like pies, cookies, pastries, cakes, and bread.
• Manage the operation of ovens and baking machinery to guarantee that temperatures are precise and baked items are perfectly cooked.
• Monitor ingredient quantities on hand, procure supplies when needed, and organize ingredient storage efficiently.
• Keep baking tools, workstations, and cooking utensils free from dirt and germs to uphold a safe and healthy workspace.
• Conduct frequent evaluations of baked goods to ensure they satisfy the bakery's expectations in terms of looks, feel, and flavor.

Physical Requirements for Production Baker:

• Aptitude to endure standing for an extended time.
• Proficiency in flexing, shaping, and raising substantial bags of flour, sugar, and various baking materials (up to 50 pounds).
• Competence in working with heated ovens and baking appliances.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced and welcoming work environment is essential.
