Job Description of Inventory Coordinator:

The Inventory Coordinator role is an elevated extension of the Coordinator role. Inventory Coordinator alternate their role based on store needs, predominantly performing the role of Coordinator and occasionally acting as Inventory Coordinator, taking on a leadership role in maintaining all aspects of the store. Inventory Coordinator must have open availability, including nights and weekends. Role models exceptional customer service.
- Establishing a favorable experience for both internal and external customers

- Takes on the role of Manager on Duty while following the established company policies and procedures
- Ensuring that the store team carries out duties and tasks as outlined in the store plan and prioritizing when necessary
- Deals with pressing customer service problems and gives suitable guidance to team members
- Demonstrating thoughtful judgment in implementing customer service protocols to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensures there is sufficient staffing of Associates in service zones to enhance customer satisfaction
- Guarantees that employees follow all operational protocols
- Verifies that the opening and closing protocols are carried out in compliance with the company's regulations
- Effectively communicates with both management and team members when establishing and dealing with priorities and offers regular updates on progress
- Gives and acknowledges acknowledgment and helpful input
- Offers feedback, acknowledgment, and guidance to team members
- Collaborating with management to address training requirements for associates to enhance efficiency
- Ensures compliance with all regulations concerning labor statutes, guidelines, and protocols
- Encourages the use of credit and fidelity schemes
- Endorses and engages in initiatives aimed at minimizing losses and lowering shrinkage rates
- Encourages consciousness regarding safety and upholds a secure setting

Qualification of Inventory Coordinator:
- Capable of accommodating a variable timetable, which may involve evenings and weekends
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues and managers as a team member
- Capable of adapting suitably to shifts in course or unforeseen circumstances
- Familiarity with the software, systems, and protocols utilized within the company
- Understanding how products move within retail establishments is essential
- Demonstrated ability to effectively address and resolve challenging situations through problem-solving expertise
- Skilled in providing guidance, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress for numerous individuals and assignments
- Capable of responding promptly in difficult situations
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Exceptional abilities in communication and organization with a focus on precision
- year of working in a retail environment, along with 6 months of experience in a leadership role
