Responsibilities of Dish cleaning Crew Member:

• Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using industrial dishwashing machines or by hand, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized, following proper sanitation and food safety standards.
• Help restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools, ensuring they are ready for use during meal service.
• Remove garbage and recycling from the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring proper disposal.
