Job Summary of Sales Assistant:

The Sales Assistant is tasked with aiding Management in advancing a sales culture that prioritizes customer interactions and product offerings, while ensuring that the organization's values and guiding principles are the foundation of all store operations. This includes a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and optimizing profitability. Responsibilities of Sales Assistant:

• Meets sales goals of the company by utilizing sales methods and sharing product knowledge with customers; suggests merchandise options or assists in finding products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Ensures awareness of current sales and promotions and maintains pricing and visual presentation standards.
• Abides by rules in the handling of products, their presentation, security protocols, and any other tasks as mandated by supervisors.
• Participates in visual directives including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
• Leads by example in showcasing and endorsing the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, delivering a consistent experience through all available channels.
• Ensures rapid response and resolution of customer problems.
• Ensures a quick and effective register transaction by staying informed about payment policies, coupon acceptance, return protocols, security practices, and other operational guidelines.
• Bolsters buying decisions at the register and attains add-on objectives such as driving gift card transactions.
• Enrolls clients in a rewards initiative to enjoy bonuses.
• Creating and upholding a dedicated customer base by utilizing clienteling methods and providing personalized wardrobe curation services.
• Is aware of the current product fit and style assortment available both in physical stores and on the web.
• Maintains steady client correspondence by utilizing a customer book for effective communication.
• Contributes to maintaining a plentiful and well-furnished store through replenishment tasks.
• Assists in attaining fulfillment.
• Helps with visual directives by executing tasks such as arranging floors, changing window setups, creating visual displays, and positioning signage based on provided instructions.
• Help with the maintenance of a clean and organized environment in the boutique
• Fosters an all-encompassing, joint effort towards solving problems.
• Seeks out opportunities for self-improvement and openly seeks advice from others.

Qualification of Sales Assistant:

• Meeting the requirements for a High School diploma or its comparable measure
• Candidates with retail or sales experience are encouraged to apply
• Only individuals who are 18 years old or older are allowed
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional customer care skills
• Competent in learning or adjusting to the technological advancements provided by the company
• Demonstrates strong organizational competencies and the skill to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
• Adept at conveying messages to customers, peers, and managers
• A successful candidate must have the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and work effectively under pressure. Being able to thrive in dynamic environments and handle stress is a critical attribute for this role

Physical Requirements of Sales Assistant:

• Constant Walking/Standing- 67-100% of 8-hour shift
• Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift
• Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift
