Qualification of Retail Operations Associate:

• Flexibility in availability is a must, with the expectation to work evenings and weekends.
• Part-time hours are flexible and may vary depending on the needs of the business.
• A high school diploma or its equivalent (GED) must be held or actively pursued.
• It is recommended that applicants have three to six months of retail experience.
• Necessary skills include simple math, reading comprehension, and verbal expression.
• It is essential to be 16 years of age or older.
• In the performance of this job, the employee will frequently be required to engage in verbal conversation. There will be regular demands for the employee to be in a standing position, walk, manipulate objects with their hands, and extend their arms. In some instances, the employee may need to sit, climb, maintain balance, bend, crouch, crawl, kneel, or use a Brannock device.
• In this role, the employee will be expected to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds as needed.
• This position requires specific vision competencies that encompass clear close-up and distance vision, the ability to perceive colors accurately, maintain good peripheral vision, and adjust focus effectively.
