The Store Manager provides leadership to support the goals and strategies by ensuring our Dunkin' customers have a warm and friendly customer service experience. Job Responsibilities:
The Restaurant Manager reports directly to the District Manager and is responsible for leading a
team to consistently provide our customers with the highest level of service and a warm and
positive experience. Responsibilities include managing a Dunkin' Unit, but are not limited to:
Customer Excellence & Service

Retail Operations Compliance:
Communication
Employee & Team Development
Financial & Budget Execution
JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
College Degree, 2+ Years Management Experience, Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Leadership & Role Modeling, Solution Driven, Strategic & Service Focused, Accountability, Technologically Proficient, ServSafe Preferred, Must Have Good References & Excellent Work Ethics
