Responsibilities of Store Associate:

• Attains corporate sales objectives through the use of sales tactics and imparting product expertise to customers; suggests suitable products or aids in sourcing merchandise according to customer needs and preferences.
• Keeps informed about ongoing sales and promotions; ensures pricing and visual standards are maintained.
• Ensures adherence to regulations in handling goods, displaying items, preventing losses, and fulfilling all other tasks as assigned by the managerial staff.
• Participates in visual directives including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
• Sets an example and encourages the adherence to the principles and standards of the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS), ensuring a unified experience across all channels.
• Ensures timely resolution of customer complaints and queries.
• Stays informed about the latest regulations on payments, coupon usage, returns, and security protocols to enhance the efficiency of the register process.
• Strengthens buying determinations at the point of sale and succeeds in accomplishing supplementary targets like boosting gift card transactions.
• Registers customers for a rewards scheme to earn perks.
• Developing and sustaining a strong clientele through the practices of clienteling and curated outfit selections.
• Is well-versed in the current selection of product fits and style options offered in-store and online.
• Ensures continual client engagement through the efficient management of customer records.
• Helps with activities to ensure the store remains well-supplied.
• Helps in discovering contentment.
• Aids in executing visual guidelines, which may involve arranging floor plans, altering window displays, setting up visual exhibitions, and positioning signage as instructed.
• Provide support with ensuring the boutique is clean and well-organized
• Advocates for a unifying, team-oriented strategy in finding solutions.
• Shows interest in personal development possibilities and willingly asks for feedback.

Qualification of Store Associate:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management
• Regular attendance is essential to this position to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives. Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required

Physical Requirements of Store Associate:

• In an 8-hour work shift, employees are required to be on their feet or walking for a significant portion, ranging from 67% to 100% of the time
• Occasionally, there is a need to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs, which typically ranges from 1% to 33% of a standard 8-hour workday
• Regular ascent is prevalent during a significant portion, ranging from 34% to 66%, of an 8-hour shift
