Responsibilities of Mobile Store Sales Consultant:

  • Interacts with a wide variety of customers in a busy retail environment. Utilizes digital platforms effectively, communicates professionally, educates clients, and demonstrates the advantages of T-Mobile products and services.
  • The responsibilities of a Mobile Store Sales Consultant involve utilizing digital self-service platforms to support customers effectively and onboard them efficiently. Your main task will include recognizing the needs of customers and utilizing sales strategies that emphasize offering solutions to showcase the advantages of T-Mobile products and services. By recommending appropriate wireless solutions and introducing customers to self-service options through the T-Mobile app, you will enhance customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Immerse in a thorough training program centered around the T-Mobile in-store environment, gaining expertise in fresh abilities, merchandise, processes, and system functionalities. Stay informed about individual performance metrics, current promotional campaigns, and Hub announcements, striving to consistently meet customer expectations. Foster partnerships with adjacent store locations to facilitate seamless customer transitions. Practice and share skills, coordinate store operations, and execute opening and closing protocols. Adhere to protocols pertaining to key management, kiosk security, and asset protection, promptly escalating any discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
  • Dedicated to customer-centric values. Your approach exudes zeal and friendliness when catering to customers, allowing you to establish rapport effortlessly, synchronize with their pace, and cultivate enduring relationships. Your focus is on instilling confidence and building lasting connections with every client engagement. Your unwavering commitment is towards delivering exceptional service and consistently surpassing customer prospects. Taking the lead in initiating contact with potential customers is part of your strategy to elevate sales initiatives within your jurisdiction. Furthermore, your duties encompass following up with clients, garnering recommendations, overseeing the Be Back procedures, and nurturing associations with both fresh and existing customers. In your capacity, you are empowered to perform modifications to prices for our exclusive deals designed for National Retail.
  • Develops relationships with nearby managers and teams to assist in enhancing the customer journey, starting from setting up accounts, offering device support, and managing ongoing account services.

Qualification of Mobile Store Sales Consultant:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
  • Customer Satisfaction Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun with our customers. Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals.
  • Team Building Desire to be a part of the game-changing T-Mobile store team. Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
  • Retail Sales Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
