The responsibility of our Shift Operations Manager lies in managing restaurant operations on a regular basis. They collaborate with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth running of each shift. Furthermore, they participate in guiding team members through training programs and performance assessments. • Minimum of 1+ year in foodservice and a Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided to the right candidate to get certified)

• Experience in handling inventory, monitoring expenses, and managing cash flow is required for the role.
