• Exemplifying superior customer service by overseeing prompt and courteous customer interactions within a welcoming ambiance
• Working alongside the District Manager to ensure that Arby's and Tria adherence to company policies and procedures is in accordance with both internal standards and legal statutes
• Conducting human resource activities like recruitment, training programs, scheduling, and employee supervision, while respecting company HR policies and relevant laws.
• Maintaining professional relationships with suppliers and addressing customer complaints promptly and respectfully

Requirements of Executive Restaurant Manager:

We are looking for individuals with a desire to succeed and grow with a company, preferably with at least 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience leading a unit, 5 years of restaurant experience and the hunger to move your career to the next level!

• ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Possess a state issued driver's license
• Must be able to pass a background check
