Job Description of Inventory Associate:

The role entails ensuring customers are satisfied through active engagement, embodying customer service values, and upholding a tidy store atmosphere while following operational and security protocols.
- Role models have implemented effective customer service strategies for both internal and external clients
- Encourages and embodies a welcoming store environment by promoting transparency, ethical behavior, and courteousness
- Adheres to set operational protocols when processing customer transactions, accurately recording sales and managing returns alongside providing correct change to clients during the checkout process
- Encourages the adoption and participation in credit and loyalty initiatives
- Adheres to and reinforces the merchandising principles and complies with the prescribed merchandising protocols
- Efficiently handles and readies products for display on the sales floor in adherence to organizational protocols and norms
- Engages in and actively contributes to store restoration as necessary during operational hours
- Upholds the set standards for organization, tidiness, and restoration on the sales floor and contributes to the overall cleanliness of the store
- Offers and acknowledges acknowledgment and positive criticism
- Complies with all regulations and guidelines concerning labor laws, policies, and protocols
- Backs and engages in initiatives aimed at reducing store shrinkage targets
- Engages in promoting safety consciousness and upholds a secure setting
